OUR MISSION
We live in towns and in villages so we are no longer used to miracles. Yet unexpectedly there appears a fragile insect, a rare bird, or a sweet little mouse. They live, fight, engender, die, while without being aware of it they become stars of the screen. We get to know them, feel for them, cheer for them, rejoice and are happy for them while slowly we ourselves become participants of the story. We get to like it. This is a device that represents the pinnacle of technology, conjures the miracle believed to be lost, and irresistibly generates the desire in us to savor and to protect. NATFILM HUNGARY LTD.
The NatFilm Hungary Ltd. was founded in 2011 and its Managing Director is Ms. Erika Bagladi. The company is specializing in the production of educational, nature and scientific films and television productions. Its main theme is the flora and fauna of the Carpathian Basin. In addition to the programmes on television they produce films for special nature conservation projects (like LIFE). They use a diverse range of utilization starting with internet distribution, producing advertising materials and presenting the programmes on television. Apart from the films produced by the company the firm has an archive of many hundreds of hours of filmed material. The creators of these projects have nearly fifteen years of experience and they are in contact with a number of domestic and international conservation organizations, scientific institutes and television stations.
SZABOLCS MOSONYI
Mr. Szabolcs Mosonyi, is a director / cameraman. He was born in Budapest in 1970. He received his university degree as a teacher of biology and geography in 1994. His interest in nature and to share this knowledge was shown at the beginning as an amateur nature photographer, and later as a producer of nature films. He and his wife, Ms. Erika Bagladi began to deal with documentary film making more seriously in 2000. The films they produced in those days were works of keen amateurs. They made them during excursions and trips. The topics were the flood-area of the Danube, the Tatra Mountains and other districts of the Carpathian Basin and the animals living there. They founded NatFilm Hungary Ltd. in 2011 as a business venture. The main profile of this venture is the production of nature and nature conservation films. The works of Mr. Szabolcs Mosonyi are shown by a number of foreign and domestic television channels, in cinemas and they won dozens of domestic and international festival awards.
